Rooted in the heart of the glorious Norfolk countryside, just outside of Kings Lynn, The Farmhouse is a beautifully unique wedding venue. Licensed for civil ceremonies both inside and outside, from small intimate weddings to larger lavish days our spaces here offer the perfect blank canvas.

Full of character and charm The Farmhouse has recently been lovingly refurbished. With 46 rooms, including our luxurious Bridal Suite we can offer everything you need for the perfect day.

The Pavilion
Set in the grounds of The Farmhouse is our beautiful Pavilion Marquee. As versatile as it is beautiful, with ivory draping and crystal chandeliers, it is available for weddings all year round.

Licensed for ceremonies for up to 110 people, a wedding breakfast for 110 guests and evening receptions for up to 150 you can ensure all your family and friends can join you to create magical memories.

The Barn
Vaulted high ceilings and original beams make our Barn simply stunning. Perfect for small intimate weddings, The Barn is licensed for civil ceremonies for up to 40 people, and seats up to 40 guests for a wedding breakfast.

The Paddock
The Paddock is licensed to hold outside ceremonies for up to 100 guests within our grounds for those wanting to ‘tie the knot’ in the outdoors. The Paddock can be hired for drinks and canapes, and lawn games to compliment your big day.

The packages our experienced team have created are there to make planning your day a little bit easier. We understand how much there is to plan so let us guide you through your arrangements from the very first time you contact us, to the moment you say your vows. Our packages start from £3,620 based on 40 guests

DIY Weddings
If you’re the type of wedding couple who do’n’t want to conform to a package and have your own unique day in your head then our Pavilion Marquee DIY wedding lets you do just that. Licensed for civil ceremonies for up to 150 guest, and providing you with a total blank canvas our Pavilion Marquee is your wedding your way. Here’s the best bit about a DIY wedding: you get to eat and drink exactly what you want. No set menus. No restrictions. No corkage fees. You are in control and your day will be utterly unique to you. Use of the venue from 10am the day prior to your wedding until 10am the morning after.  Available from just £5500
